We'd use no other real estate attorney in the northern and northwest surburbs. Office, and Andrew, provide amazing services at such ridiculously low fees. No idea how they do it!
Hire them if you have a real estate transition in the area.

In my dealings with Andrew he has always been straightforward, thorough and very knowledgeable. Andrew has lived in the Wilmette/Evanston community for many years and knows the ins and outs of the town (and I think he knows half the people in town).
