Selling a 100 year-old row house in Chicago is a project Unto itself. We had a challenging buyer and were operating under a bit of a time pressure. Ian And his team were great. They were calm, professional resourceful, and had enough experience to make this difficult transaction fly through to closing. I can’t imagine having a successful closing as quickly as we did without their help. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ian helped us with a complicated housing court case. The house was ready to be demolished based on a judge's court order but he was able to stay the order and help us ultimately clear all violations and get the order removed so that the house was never demolished. Ian is very knowledgeable with the real estate court case law and would recommend him to anyone looking for an expert with these type of tricky situations.

I do not feel that received value from our interactions. I spent a lot of money to hear my issues restated back to me, and I found it challenging to get clear answers to my questions. It often felt as if Ian worked hard to avoid giving legal advice or specific recommendations. Unfortunately, this was not apparent until after I had already engaged him in the matter.

His no nonsense to the point approach brought our case to a successful outcome.

Ian helped me and my wife with a relative who borrowed money and tried to scam his way out of paying us back. Ian was upfront about expectations and was able to deliver even better than expected. Our case was settled at arbitration saving us the expense of a courtroom battle. During the arbitration our opponent attempted to convince the panel using outrageous claims without any supporting evidence, but Ian had all the evidence in hand to prove that the opponent was lying even using the opponent’s own evidence to prove the falsehood. In summary; I can honestly say that Ian is an excellent attorney and a good person as well. He is extremely knowledgeable, and still willing to take the time to explain the reasons why when asked. He is NOT like other attorneys I have had before; because he doesn’t try to bill you for every second. In fact he was generous with his time. In my opinion working with Ian is like having an old friend (who you never met) assist you in your time with legal troubles. All I can say is Thank You. Your Newest Old Friend, Larry.

Do Not recommend for loss wages and Labor law consultation….I had consultation with Ian he charged me $350 for 30 minutes. But he didn’t have any solution nor answers. Out there in Chicago are dozens well experienced Attorneys and consultants. Please don’t waste time here.

The great service for sure was able to listen and understand my case was able to help me in every aspect I needed very responsive to any and all questions I have ever had would definitely recommend this service for anybody looking for legal help.
