We hired Ms Berte' for completing the K-1 fiance Visa application for my wife from the Philippines. I am a long term and loyal client of Ms. Nancy A Berte’ since we came to America in 2007. She has helped my wife, my son and me secure our Green card status (I-140EB2, I-140EB1A, I-485s). Without her great help, we would not have obtained our green cards. For example, she strongly suggested us to file for green cards on July 31, 2007 online and we did. We were lucky because that was the last day to submit the documentations to the USCIS, and I-485 would not be opened by USCIS for years to come. She had also helped us with numerous other instances with great success such as re-entry permits twice, and recently green card renewal. Each time was met with tremendous success. We are quite grateful of her help. She has excellent work ethics. It is evident from the email sent time that she works hard and efficiently. I , hired Nancy and her firm for our immigration case in 2015. She, from the beginning made sure that our case was taken seriously. She always answered all my questions very quickly.
