She is the best R/E attorney you can find. She makes Herself available through the entire process. And then once we were at closing/escrow, I honestly don’t know how she recognizes things like this, but she found thousands of dollars in accounting errors, which, when corrected, worth thousands of dollars in our favor directly impacting what we had to pay at closing. We are intensely thankful and grateful for the fact that she represented us in the purchase of our condominium

We are now first-time homeowners in Evanston, IL, and that wouldn't have happened without some tough negotiation on the part of Katy Hart. Our situation was stressful. The seller and her attorney were attempting to act in a very unethical manner and force us out of a contract that they had already signed because they received a higher offer. Katy had to fight hard for us and we braced ourselves to go to court if we wanted the house, which could have taken lots of time and money.
