Didn’t call me back; had to call twice in two weeks

I can't thank Michael Golden enough for the hard work he did for me and my family. He was always available when we needed him and always answered right away. You fought hard against a billion dollar company, and you were very successful. On behalf of my family and I, we are forever grateful. Hands down worth every penny.

Just received a call back about a case, and the person whom returned the call was rude, telling me that I just wasting there time! Don’t call them iIf they don’t have patience to listen whether they can or can’t handle any problem
