Warning , He is not a fighter , if u want a deal , he is the lawyer for u !!!!! All the evidence written in the discovery was no where to be found and he was scared to fight my case !!!!! The worst $7000 I ever spent in my life !!!!! 😢😭

Had multiple issues after the fact with a home purchase Kosteck represented me on. Many inspection issues that he insisted we had to "give them the opportunity to fix", which the seller agreed to. Most of them turned out to not be fixed at all or done extremely poorly. After multiple attempts to reach out and have him get the issues addressed they have done basically nothing and now can't even get a response from them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. If everything goes well they'll probably be just fine but if there's any issues (especially after the fact) know that you will likely get ignored.

Took on my case either when he sounded like it could be too much to have taken on, probably knowing the chances of winning case was 20/80%. Gave him a partial down payment, called & gave him extra over the phone... I had to be the one who reached out to see how case was going as the date that was scheduled for "conviction" if you will, was approaching, & to pay more; he notified me we didn't win, we didn't win some days before I had called, but he didn't call to notify me, I had to call. He then out of guilty conscience told me not to pay him anymore. Like I'd said, took the case when he had too much going on as it was & wasn't gonna win anyhow, but allowed me to wonder if we could do therefore pay him what I did. Won't go bad mouthing him, but if anyone ever asks for a good attorney, I won't recommend him & if someone asks if I know him & if he'd be good, I'll say yes I know him, & no don't and why they should not. Sometimes you don't get a second chance to make a first impression
