Cons
1
Unwilling to fight or take a more aggressive approach in some cases
“Warning, He is not a fighter, if u want a deal, he is the lawyer for u !!!!! All the evidence written in the discovery was no where to be found and he was scared to fight my case !!!!! The worst $7000 I ever spent in my life !!!!! 😢😭”
2
Delayed or lack of communication with clients in some instances
“Took on my case either when he sounded like it could be too much to have taken on, probably knowing the chances of winning case was 20/80%. Gave him a partial down payment, called & gave him extra over the phone... I had to be the one who reached out to see how case was going as the date that was scheduled for "conviction" if you will, was approaching, & to pay more; he notified me we didn't win, we didn't win some days before I had called, but he didn't call to notify me, I had to call.”
