I have worked with Jason for the last three years, he has always been professional, impressively knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to help his colleagues and clients. As an insurance agent, I don't hesitate to refer my clients to Jason for real estate work and know they will be well taken care of. The last client I sent to Jason thanked me profusely and said that she was blessed to have wonderful people looking out for her best interest and being flexible enough to take her calls even late in the evening after work. Mr. Van Hemert did not advise me on the legal consequences bankruptcy would have for my future. I went to him with a certain goal in mind, and instead of advising me on what the best option was to achieve that goal, he did whatever I could afford without informing me that it wouldn't achieve my ultimate goal. What made things worse was that Mr. Van Hemert was hard (impossible) to contact.
