They treat you good

This attorney was hired by my mortgage lender to perform the closing on a real estate purchase. I found out after the fact that it would cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket to make up the error in the real estate taxes that were due the following year. You have a choice of finding your own attorney and I strongly recommend that you do so. I called the office in order to address this issue and didn't hear from anyone. ADDENDUM TO “RESPONSE FROM OWNER”: You did not call twice; you didn’t even call once or leave a message to return a call. My cell phone is my only source of communication and I carry it with me at all times. You are also wrong in that it’s the assessors’ error when it was your responsibility to input the correct title/escrow information on the closing worksheet. I paid you good money and you failed in your representation.

This attorney did absolutely nothing! He represented a close friend of mine and because he did nothing, the opposing attorney was given all she asked for! Do NOT trust your case to this man!!

The financial institution that I used hired this attorney for the legal contract in a real estate transaction. A few months later I found that incorrect information was used which cost me financially. You have the option to choose your legal representation in real estate matters and I would strongly advise to take the time to look elsewhere for representation.
