Potential issues with power of attorney inquiries
“Business has a nice and friendly feel. I wish they could have helped me, but instead they made me feel uncomfortable. I take care of someone who wished to make me their power of attorney. I mentioned that he was forgetful and they spoke to him alone. He said he couldn't remember exactly what was said but that they couldn't help us. He said they would not explain why.”
