I used Michael's services for selling as well as buying in November, 2019. I am extremely pleased with him, and I have my highest recommendation for his team. There are three key attributes that I look for in an attorney and Micheal is super in all of them. 1) Legal knowledge: he is extremely knowledgeable and gives the best legal advice. His team is also very organized. 2) Approachable: I have worked with attorneys in the past who have sound knowledge, but are not willing to discuss much with clients. Micheal listens and understands all concerns and makes sure that every concern is addressed. He gave the best legal advice, but still let me take the final decisions. He was also not reluctant in involving me in some of his tasks when I showed interests in them. I was never hesitant in discussing anything with him. 3) Fees: Micheal is very upfront about his fees, and he didn't charge any extra fees to me. Whenever there was a potential of extra fee, he let me know about it. (In a typical real-estate closing, attorneys are usually in-charge as they know much more than clients about the closing documents, so it is not too difficult for them to stick any hidden fees at the last moment. Often clients are nervous, in a rush, and solely dependent on the attorneys, so they don't feel much empowered to doubt attorneys' fees at the time of closing.) Micheal is very dependable and trustworthy. I couldn't be more satisfied with this help, and I will go to nobody other than him for my next real-estate transaction.
