Gentle words, weak deeds: 1. I was taken up as a client without being questioned completely about my case, with reassuring words about how my case seems to be in my favor. After nearly a month and a half, the outcome of the case with this law group was nothing, I was told that “after consulting with my colleagues there is nothing I can do for you”; another law firm said that the reason Mr Feagans dropped my case wasn’t that relevant. Makes one wonder then - is the reason my case was dropped a lack of knowledge or a lack of transparency. 2. It will be really hard to get a hold of your lawyer, I had to call several times, left several voice mails and messages with the receptionist/case worker. Eventually you will be contacted at the lawyers convenience. 3. This law firm seems to be in cahoots with Aurora Chiropractic Clinic, where I was sent to be “diagnosed”. Having worked in healthcare, with a family background in medicine and the military - I’d say it’s safe to say I have a bunch of experience how doctors operate; seeing a patient for less than 15 minutes every visit isn’t how doctors operate. In fact, the “doctor” wanted me to get a spinal block for discomfort in my neck without explaining the possible complications of the procedure. One complication of the procedure was paralysis, which I think is rather important to be mentioned. The “doctor” never even mentioned or tried to get me physiotherapy - which is what I need and has been an effective treatment for the past month. Was the doctor tryna build a bill for the insurance company? Definitely. “Stay away from two people in life. Those who wear white coats and those who wear black coats - especially the ones wearing them unethically”
