Steve handles all of my estate documents, and VERY well.

Great guy. Very knowledgeable.

Steve and his assistant Colleen handled both our sale and our purchase. They were quick to respond to phone calls and emails, friendly, and patient with our questions. There are so many deadlines, signatures, and details that come with a home purchase/sale, and they gave me confidence that things would go well from day 1 - and things did!

Steve handled both the buying of our new home, and selling of our old. I would recommend Steve and Colleen to anyone looking for a real estate attorney in the city or suburbs. Edit, 4 years later: After using several other attorneys, I need to update my review and say how INCREDIBLY AWESOME Steve and Colleen are. Sadly, I moved out of state and can no longer use them—but they set a very high bar and I haven't found anyone who has been able to meet it.
