Mr. Whelan took on my case with my very difficult doctor former husband who did not wnat to come to court or respond to anything. But Mr. Whelan was able to get him to the table and force him to agree to a fair settlment tha included maintenance. Now he is fighting my jusband once again for the maintenance he did not pay. Mr. Whelan took on my case against the bank trying to take my gas station without compensation. It took going through a bankruptcy to help me discharge a lot of debt and getting my station sold in a very complicated sale while holding the bank off from a foreclosure of the property. There were tenant problems, EPA issues and payoff amounts that Mr. Whelan did an effective job getting resolved. I was able to avoid any deficiency and get the debt to the bank satisfied.
