I recently received a ticket for hitting a fire hydrant during a snow storm in Wheaton but Stephen A. Brundage was able to get the case dismissed without me having to make a plea or pay fines. I walked into court and was supposed to be the 89th case. Stephen talked to the Prosecutor and Court, and before I knew it I went 1st in the line and the case was completely dismissed in 2 seconds. Done. No hassles. If you need a defense attorney who is proficient at what he does, knowledgeable, well respected and a no nonsense attorney, Stephen A. Brundage is your go to lawyer. Stephen Brundage has represented me and my family on multiple occasions. When I came across this page, I have to say I strongly disagree with the last reviewer. Stephen Brundage and his staff are very professional and responsive, and very easy to reach by telephone and email. Whether it was a speeding ticket, traffic or criminal charge against us, Stephen laid out all our options for us and any potential scenarios. He is extremely knowledgeable of the law and confident in the courtroom. I am very satisfied with our experiences with Stephen and his office, and I would absolutely recommend them to others. So if you want a stress free experience with a honest and respected attorney, you should go with Stephen Brundage when you need legal representation.

I used them once years back, wasn't a great experience then, they did their job at a hefty prices and a horrible experience. Called them again to see if they'd be willing to help for new issue, outright rude and unwilling to help. Wouldn't even allow for a consultation at his office, or send me in productive direction. Yelled at me over the phone to just google someone else when I politely mentioned Money wasn't an issue. Don't waste your time here.
