Feedback after a paid consultation. Basic knowledge of laws is missing. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM. Almost all questions got answered - I don't know if I need to do research or advised other lawyers. Most of the questions remained unanswered. What we paid money for is not at all clear. After this consultation, I cannot trust the work of this lawyer - we went to another. Doesn't deliver on his promises. We agreed that he would look at 2 important questions for me, to which he did not know the answer, and send short answers. The questions are very simple: - How many founders should be for a non-commercial organization? - The form of ownership for the association, based on our situation? Haven't received an answer yet. I do not recommend this lawyer.

Can't really discuss my situation. Their fees are astronomical. Wasn't worth it.
