I had a work comp case that involved a fall so bad at work it required 4 surgeries to put me back together again. I started with another attorney who shall remain nameless and would NEVER recommend my original attorney. I finally had enough of his crap when MY attorney had me crying on the phone talking down to me like I was an idiot and finally hung up on him. I’m sitting there thinking there’s something seriously messed up that MY attorney was treating me like crap and gave me no info whatsoever so I decided minimally for my sanity I needed to find someone else (he was actually referred to me). Trying to find another attorney to take over my case took a lot of work. Most of them were raving how great he was and I was lucky to have him (I’m thinking “are we talking about the same guy”), they were hesitant to “take his client from him” - don’t know why since he really hadn’t don’t crap, but it mostly boiled down to that the new attorney would have to give the original attorney a portion of the 20% which I can’t imagine being much because he didn’t do much. Then I found Jason Marks and I would yell from the rooftops to go to him. He was the first and only guy to agree in saying 1st attorney useless, but the biggest thing he did for me that I knew nothing about was exactly how they figure out settlement amounts. You really need to be more accountant than attorney. No one ever explained it to me which I was so grateful for because I would ask original atty and he pretty much ignored my question. Jason is a no nonsense hard ass worker and will fight for what he believes is a fair and reasonable amount. I told my friend who gave me name of crappy 1st atty because she was using him too for a work comp claim and I kept nagging her to at least talk to Jason and then decide. Needless to say, she spoke to Jason, hired him to take over and fired her original attorney. She said it was best decision and was happy she switched. I can’t express enough how awesome Jason is - do not hesitate to hire him to represent you!

Mr. Jason Marks is best Attorney in my opinion, I worked for Cook County Hospital, and I was Union Secretory, I represented hundreds of Employees and deals with so many attorneys. I had my personal case with Mr. Jason Marks. He did best presentation and help me lot. He has very good knowdge in .workers compensation. I am so happy that I hired Jason Marks & am completely 100% satisfied with my experience with him, & his entire staff. Mr. Marks is extremely knowledgeable about Workers Comp cases, & he & his staff are very professional, courteous & caring. Originally I had hired another firm in Chicago that although they are one of the largest firms in Chicago, & I had hired the owner, & he said he would take great care of my case, I was immediately passed off to an attorney with no experience. I was informed the reason is because all their junior attorneys work is overseen by the senior lawyers in the firm. Well, that is not what I signed up for & it ended up being a complete disaster & my case was totally lost in the shuffle! I had the pleasure to work with Jason and Jackie and Lissette on two different occasions they are a great team. They are all helpful very informative and always there to answer any questions. They are all great at responding emails phone calls. All I can say it’s thank you for all the help and just caring for their clients. They are very efficient with everything they do. Definitely, having hired the signature mark associates was the best thing that happened to me after my accident and that an insurer did not want to respond to my lessons and damages for not paying anything. Marks and associates obtained for me, in a very human and professional way, the average attention that I needed for the insurer to cover all the expenses until my therapies were finished and also a much better monetary compensation than I could imagine.
