I am so happy that I hired Jason Marks & am completely 100% satisfied with my experience with him, & his entire staff. Mr. Marks is extremely knowledgeable about Workers Comp cases, & he & his staff are very professional, courteous & caring. Originally I had hired another firm in Chicago that although they are one of the largest firms in Chicago, & I had hired the owner, & he said he would take great care of my case, I was immediately passed off to an attorney with no experience. I was informed the reason is because all their junior attorneys work is overseen by the senior lawyers in the firm. Well, that is not what I signed up for & it ended up being a complete disaster & my case was totally lost in the shuffle! This meant my case had dragged out for 18 months with nothing being accomplished! Not so with Jason Marks.
