Difficulty getting new clients onboarded
“Very disappointed. Especially since a friend recommend them. Also, all the reviews were great. I called to see if they can help with my case as I needed an attorney. They were very nice and I was told yes that they would be able to help. I called a second time since I was waiting on an email with their info. I was given the info through the phone. I was in urgent need for their help. I gave their info to the sellers attorney before they left for the day. Then I get a call around 6pm telling me that they couldn't help because they were so busy.”
