I retained Tina as my divorce lawyer in April 2016. She was very thorough and handled my case extremely well. Tina was very quick to respond to any questions I had and I felt very confident that she had my and my son's best interests in mind. I would very highly recommend Tina!

I have never had a better experience with a lawyer, and unfortunately I've had more than my fair share. Tina didn't just talk like she knew what she was doing but she got my case dismissed! But what made me want to write this review more than getting a favorable outcome, I felt she was truly concerned with me and my situation, and though I know it isn't true, she made me feel like I was her only client. That is the biggest difference to me. She always knew everything about my case, and even reminded me of things I had forgotten. Tina, if you are reading this, you are the best, I can't thank you enough. Though I hope there isn't a next time, you will be my first and only call!

All I can say is I was very happy Tina Marie was great in court and I'm so happy with the outcome it just don't get any better , Thank you to Tina and everyone involved helping defend my case you guys are great and I will never forget what you done to help me, I highly recommend you and you are the very very best

She made a deal with the state attorney before we went up to see the judge and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I ended up paying more in court costs than I did for fines! I would recommend her to anyone.

Tina represented me in a child custody and child support case that lasted over 3 years. I was seeking full custody of my two children from a relationship where I was not married. After 3 long years and multiple court dates, we proceeded to a lengthy trial. Throughout the years, she continued to give me my options and possible outcomes for every option, including letting me know if a certain option would be more costly. She always returned every phone call and email, and she appeared at every court date - she never had a fill in. When I made the decision to proceed to a full blown trial, Tina knew my case better than I did! Her knowledge, professionalism, honesty, and her unbelievable ability to keep years of facts organized was amazing. I could not have asked for better representation throughout the entire process.

Tina was excellent! I was ticketed for driving without insurance, and not only did she negotiate the most reasonable sentence for me (and enable me to keep my driving privileges) we were also in and out of the courtroom within twenty minutes. Although she worked with me for just a short time, I would definitely recommend her services to anyone with a similar issue.

Tina did a great job of easing my fears over a traffic matter. She was calm, cool and collected, negotiated with the state's attorney, and ended up getting my matter dismissed. She was easy to work with and I would highly recommend Tina.

In January of 2008, I hired Ms. Gagliano to represent my son. My son, Ms. Gagliano and I all had meetings together. My son and Ms. Gagliano also had private meetings. I found Ms. Gagliano to be very knowledgeable. She understood what we were going through and was always available to us when we had questions. In the court room she handled herself in a very professional manner. Long story - short, she won the case for us, did not charge us an exorbitant fee, was always availabe to us for questions, called us immediatley when she had any news on the case. I have worked with more than 8 attorneys over the years for various reasons. If ever I am in need of an attorney in the future, she is the first on my list to call.

I requested for Ms Gagliano to represent me in the court against a false allegation made against me which resulted in a false arrest. This was in 2007 and she must have just been licenced to practice law as she had next to no expereince in handling the case and gave me a series of very bad advice. Since I trusted her judgement and believed that she was acting in my best interest I llowed her to convince me in pleading guilty to a charge for which I was completely innocent. Not only that the police had obtained information on the case against me illegaly and had in the process violated my civil and constitutional rights. Yet this attorney scared me into believing that I would lose if I go into trial. I beleive that I would have lost at the time as she was incapable to defend me properly. At the time she was working for a firm called "Komie and Associates" and I was charged a large sum of money for her services though she had little or no experience. I do not hold her completely accountable for the injustice in the situation as it was her superior Mr Komie who assigned her to the case and was giving her advice in the case every step of the way and I beleive he is the main culprit in mishandling the case. Even though they had charged me over $3000 to represent me for a false misdemeanor charge they wanted $10000 to take the case to the trial assuring me that the case would have to go to the superior court for resolution. I beleive this firm was only motivated by greed and was not serving the best interest of the client. At least they failed to do so in my case. In any case, I have filed misconduct charges against Gagliano and the firm Komie and Associates with the Illinois Disciplinary commision. But I did not pursue it as I no longer reside in Illinois.
