Mr. Mulhern represented my wife and I and her two brothers in the sale of a condominium building that first had to be deconverted from condominium ownership to an apartment ownership. He worked hard throughout the sale and had to deal with a somewhat uninformed buyer's attorney which increased the difficulty of the overall transaction.
