I called on New Years Eve almost at midnight and a lawyer from the law firm picked up the phone and spoke to me for 40 minutes concerning my issues. They were extremely helpful, compassionate and understanding my needs and what it would take for me to proceed to get the best results. I would refer and recommend the law firm for anyone having to go through a difficult, high conflict divorce. Their experience, knowledge, and expertise will ensure the best results for their clients. Mark was assigned as our "GAL". Couldn't have been more one sided. My son loses time with a father that lives for his son. Paid mandatory 1000 dollar retainer. Had interview. Feb thru now he interviewed and researched only my ex's side, which was non sense claims, her mom whom is on 2 separations and abused her own children, and my ex wh was a classless "dancer " for 7 years. Even though I gave information proven that her new fiancée, which my poor son now must live with, is a multiple convicted felon, including assault with a deadly firearm in 2006, it was never an issue or given the time of day. Not one friend or family member on my side was talked with, no visits to home or work, nothing. But he had "enough information " to determine a father that had his son 40% of the month should now only have 12.5%. All I can say is if he is appointed for you, and you're a good father, (either parent), I'm bias for good dads, tell your lawyer to somehow get a different gal. If you don't have a lawyer, like me right now, because you had to clean up the mess left after getting screwed over, get an attorney immediately to protect you against this guy.

Stay away. Created one of the biggest, most incompetent messes I've ever seen.
