If I could give more stars I would. John did an amazing job when going through divorce. Because of John I won a court order to have my son live when me 50% of the time while paying child support. The father usually gets the short end of the stick. Not in my case. So I will be forever grateful for all John has done for me in my toughest times.

What experience? I called them over 6 months ago, out of office on vacation, left message, noone EVER called me back.

I called Martoccio & Martoccio to obtain information and advice related to family custody. Speaking from experience and please listen to what I am saying, so I am going to repeat myself “speaking from my own personal experience,” you most definitely need to hire the right attorney according to your needs. I hired an attorney that completely screwed up my divorce proceedings with too much information to enter in this post. I have been looking for a reputable attorney for nearly a month now and every lawyer I have reached out to could not take my case due to many risk factors caused by my past lawyer. I have called so many law firms and have had many consultations and whenever either the person who did my intake hears all of the information or the lawyer determines they would not take my case all of the initial niceness subsided and they became abrupt and short and quickly wanted to get off the phone. However, that was not the case or my experience with Martoccio & Martoccio. The young woman who answered the phone was so nice and went out of her way to get all pertinent information from me. I then received a return call from John Martoccio. You could literally feel and hear his smile through the phone. He was so patient and understanding as well as extremely knowledgeable. From the intake information, he knew he could not take the case, but still called me. When he started to talk, I pretty much was like okay like everyone else you cannot help, but thank you for your time, then John stopped me and said just because I cannot take your case does not mean I cannot help you. He actually unlike so many other lawyers listened to everything I had to say, did not cut me off nor did he rush me off the phone. He asked questions, expressed true interest in my case, and provided me with extremely beneficial information. I can tell that he wanted to help me, but if he could not prove up my case, he did not want to add more stress to an already difficult situation. He even followed up thanking me for calling and wanted to how things were going with me. I was not able to utilize the services of Martoccio & Martoccio, but I truly wish that I had. The firm has so much information on their website for people who are going through a divorce. If you are reading this post, please do not be like me, hire someone who knows the law, knows how to interpret the law, understands the law, and is effective in their practice and John is the man for that. I truly wish that I could have used their services. Michael
