My husband and I had a case with Metcalf and Associates P.C. since 2014. At the begin of our case we started with attorneys Patrick and Bo who was assisting us throughout the case. At this time we saw our case progress in the right direction with the appropriate time period. However, around March 2018 another attorney was assigned to our case. After the reassignment of our case with Ayah - We noticed there was different in communication. While other attorneys reached out to inform us of our case updates - There was no connect being made on the attorney’s side once we started working with Ayah. We initiated all communication with this attorney. When we reach out to her and ask questions regarding our case, she would belittles us within her response - Leaving us felt with confusion and uncertain about our case. This would happen majority of the time we’ve communicated with her. Her demeanor with us was very unprofessional and careless when proceeding with our case. There would be situations were she would ask for the same documentations repetitively. (docs we’ve submitted before to the law office & the courts.) Then when we asked why those documents are needed again she then stated we do not want to cooperate and withdrew our case with the federal courts. We’ve invest time, money, and anything they’ve asked from us throughout this entire case for the office to drop us when we have only $500 left to pay for our case to be completed. Beware of this law office because we really feel scammed.

Kathy from Metcalf and Associates was extremely helpful throughout our entire process in obtaining a green card from the beginning to getting the long term 10 year green card. She was always responsive and more than helpful in any questions I had. Correspondence was important for us because we went through this process living out of state. I'd happily recommend this office and Kathy specifically to assist you in any immigration needs.

I called them for a free phone consultation and the way he answered my questions made me feel like as though I had paid the consultation fee. He was very patient and took his time to explain the process of renewal of green card to me. I would highly recommend them.
