Cons
1
Inconsistent communication and responsiveness from the attorney
“After a year and a half waiting for my green card, talking to 3 different assistants, and getting frustrated, my process was going to be denied. When I talked to the Immigration Officer he told me to talk to my lawyer. I talked to Patrick who seemed not to understand why they were not given me the green card.”
2
Billing issues and perceived lack of transparency
“I paid alot of money for my husband immigration case 2 years ago, and it has been 8 month that they have not even send the documents for me! Something that would usually takes one week to complete! The are really non responsive!”
3
Delays and slow progress in some cases
“In my case, a change of status, because I entered legal to the country and got married. Supposedly it would be an extremely simple process and they boasted to be experts in the subject, they assigned me an assistant called Kathy C quite unprofessional, COVID came and I understand that everything was delayed, Kathy left and after two years they summoned us.”
4
Lack of proactive case management and updates
“It has been 3 years that I started my process to become a resident, and we went to this law firm, possibly it was one of the worst decisions I could have made. In my case, a change of status, because I entered legal to the country and got married.”
5
Perception of disinterest and neglect in some clients' cases
“Half baked knowledge & extreme disinterest in the case/person is the way this firm works. After telling everything about my case, they gave me wrong advice and later back tracked on what they said.”
