My experience was horrible with Attorney Ernest B Fenton. He showed up to court twice not prepared. The first court appearance, he caused additional loss and the second court appearance, he almost caused a situation that would have been ruled against me. These other reviews must be from family or close friends. He was unethical, communicated by text messages, answering service stated he only takes calls from new clients. Old clients must communicate by text. Huh? He made decisions without my knowledge or approval. I began to think maybe he was ill or needed an extended vacation. Take your chances, if you wish.

Attorney Fenton was diligent in answering my questions. He was swift to return phone calls making sure that we were kept abreast of the progress of our case.

When I had first come to the LOEBF my business was a "hustle", It was in disarray at best. After consulting with the LOEBF, he taught me how to run a business, his services were exactly what I needed to get my "house" in order. I have utilized his services from Real estate closings to estate planning and have referred him to multiple family member and friends. I would highly recommend a consultation.
