The Evans Williams law firm was instrumental in the grooming of our son . During Spring break of his 11th grade year of high school, Cathe Evans Williams excepted our son into her Firm as an intern. Unhappy with service here they continue to bill even when they get their money upfront and then sends to collections for nonpayment without notifying you. Bad service.

Staff made mistake with time of appointment and cost of service, on way into consultation Kathy made snide comment that I messed up when the appointment was supposed to be for. After 45 minutes when I thought we were done and ready to move forward, she refused to take me on because we had a rough start. She didn't charge me the $150 consultation fee and she did refund the $25 fee required to set appointment (never heard of a successful attorney that charges $25 to set appointment before). I believe this would of been a mistake hiring her firm so I'm actually relieved I didn't retain them. I respect that she has the guts to refuse service to me even though I don't appreciate them waisting my time.
