I have had my fair share of experiences with attorneys in my day, something I am not proud of. It seems they all are content with just "phoning it in" when you need them the most. Not Josh Evans, no sir! I almost (almost being key word) felt sorry for the walk of shame the other attorney had to take to his client to deliver the bad news. David (Josh) took down 2 Goliaths' in my case. Not only was he successful in overturning the fraudulent EOP ordered against me and reuniting me with my daughter, he got all my missed time, lawyer fees, and costs made up! His calm demeanor and smooth delivery in the courtroom are on a whole nother' level! I like to refer to him as the "Andrew Velhoff Killer" thanks again Dayna, Ed and Josh. Money WELL spent.
