This was my first time being injured at work, and my employers work comp insurance would not pay me, answer the phone, or approve any the the treatments the doctor ordered. Greg got me set up with a new doctor and get treated properly and get back to work as soon as possible. He got me all my back pay and very generous settlement.

My Father who is a disabled Vietnam veteran with PTSD, Major Depression, and FTD Dementia came to Dawn Underhill for a prenup to protect him and his assets from a fourth marriage if it went south and his illnesses progressed. She will not provide him with any of his records and or testify in his divorce which impacted the settlement. I do not recommend this office especially for family law matters. She will not stand behind her work. Also, she failed to explain information in detail about pre and post-nup with my father nor discuss his illnesses and strategize the best pre and post-nup approach with him. She never provided the option of a post-nup. Again this office will not give him his records nor testify for him about the prenup he had this office put together for him. Also, we sent letters for them to call him and also to send him his records. All the office does is return to sender the letters. This office does not stand behind their work and runs the first minute anyone questions their work or needs their assistance. We even told the office if there were administrative costs and or other fees associated with his requests to get his records that he would pay the office. When his divorce attorney contacted her she came up with every excuse of why she could not testify even though she was subpoenaed. The attorney mentioned she could be subpoenaed again but would cost 1200 to 1500 to do so. He does not have the funds to get this office to stand behind their work due to financials and illness of needing to go into a nursing home. This office does not stand behind disabled veterans nor cares about their clients. If they need money to do work then tell us just don't do this to a disabled veteran who needs your help. This is not a good American company that stands behind its veterans.
