Always tries to get out of taking responsibility only one hurting is the kids dishonest person

Kristi has represented me for the past 4 years and the work this amazing attorney has put into my case is like no other. She got me divorced in 8 months with everything I asked for, so my son and I could move on to a better life. I told her this a million times, but I truly owe my peace and new life to her. My ex decided to take me back to court several months later post divorce and she did not hesitate to pick my case back up. She fought like hell for me. I trust her greatly and we’ve built a wonderful relationship with excellent communication. NOTHING gets past her and every single thing she told me would happen, did in fact happen. She knows the law extremely well, does well explaining it to her clients and takes the children’s best interest very seriously. I then needed her help to help my significant other after a nasty divorce battle he suffered through for years and she closed his case in less than three months of taking it over. She didn’t even practice in his county anymore, but she still jumped in to help us. She reversed everything his previous attorney misguided him through and he came out on top! I imagine it was such a headache for her to battle both of our ex’s at the same time, but she made it look easy. She does not play any games and her goal is to always stand up for the kids and she does not stop until the goal is reached for the children’s sake. Thanks to her, my partner and I have closed both of our cases getting exactly what we wanted and are thrilled to finally move on with our lives. Kristi was the 3rd lawyer I used in an attempt to complete divorce proceedings. She did everything she could to complete the case as quickly as possible. Her charges were reasonable and she always responded in an extremely timely manner unlike what I dealt with using past counsel. She was honest with me and when dealing with the opposing party.

I don’t even want to give Kristi a 1 star. she truthfully deserves to have 0. she does not do what’s in the best interest of the child and she’s out for the money. I would not recommend her to anybody who’s looking for a family lawyer

I was assigned Kristi when she was with another Firm for my divorce case and I could not have been happier. Kristi is very knowledgable with the law and also can be very tough when it calls for it. If you are looking for a no nonsense attorney that will tell you like it is and aggressively fight for what she believes is the truth, this is the attorney for you. If you are looking for an attorney that wants to drag things out for years and sugarcoat issues, find another attorney.

Ms. Breseman has been my lawyer since 2010. She represented me through one of the longest and most difficult divorce and child custody cases that Will County has ever seen. The case took years, and if I had 20,000 characters I could not explain the extent. My ex wife hired five different lawyers over the course of the case. GAL's and psychologists were involved, and it went to full trial three years after filing. First and foremost, Ms. Breseman knows the law. You will see it and the judges recognize this and respect her. She is a fighter. She is not going to play softball. If you hire a meek lawyer you will get flimsy results. She charges fairly and her offices are a block from the Will County Courthouse. You are not going to get charged ridiculous travel fees like all the others like to do. Her consultation is free. She is going to be honest about your case. You may not always like what you hear. I didn't like the odds and potential outcomes she presented at first but I trusted her and I knew myself. Good fathers have an uphill battle in custody cases...like Mt. Everest kind of uphill. Ms. Breseman will fight for you but she will also tell you what you're doing wrong and what you need to change. She is a mediator and she knows that both sides are often flawed. If I told you we've had perfect dealings for 7 years I would be lying. Who can get along perfectly with a lawyer for 7 years? We've had disagreements in the past but there was always respect and we always handled each hurdle as a team. We both lost sleep over the years on this case. We both gave each other stress. Ms. Breseman cares deeply. I think you will see that if you meet her. You have nothing to lose by going in for a free consultation. I have referred other friends to her and they were very satisfied. I recommend Ms. Breseman without any hesitation.

I hired Kristi to represent me after a smooth talking lawyer I used overcharged me and ended up not being to practice law for a period of time for I'm not sure what reason.
