Having been married for less than a year, I envisioned my divorce going smooth between two adults - it doesn’t always happen that way, unfortunately. I was under the impression my previous attorney was top notch and would have my marriage terminated ASAP. Almost a year and a half later, I still could not get out. A friend referred me to Bretz Flynn and Associates. Upon meeting Pat, she was extremely direct but in a very Professional way and to the point. Within two weeks of engaging the firm and Pat, I am finally moving on and all I can say is I would NOT want to be in a courtroom with her on the other side! No one plans to get divorced, but when you do - you want Pat on your side. I would recommend her to everyone I know who wants a ‘sweeper’ as I call her to clean up the mess. All the respect in the world for this Top Notch Attorney.

I had nothing but good things to say about this firm. They went toe to toe with thr state and came out victorious. Very professional and when Chuck walks in the court room you cant help but feel like you have the dream team fighting for you. I used this law firm to represent me during my divorce. This firm took advantage of my emotional state for monetary gain. I also later found out that I was misled. This firm has no integrity and employees’ unorganized incompetent lawyers.

If you’re unfortunate enough to be getting divorced Tony will work for you, get results and is not one of those highway robbery men that plague divorce law. Save your money for your kids not your divorce.....

M husband filed an OP filled with false allegations. The judge made the initial ruling in my husbands favor and Pat was assigned as the GAL in our case. I don’t believe that Pat took any time to read any of the motions my attorney filed or correspondence regarding the issues I was going through. Pat seemed to be biased through the whole process and never took the time to reach out to me or send any response to my attorney. " I would not recommend Pat Flynn as the GAL".
