Eugene did an amazing job of communicating with me throughout the process and vacating my traffic ticket after the date i was supposed to finish traffic school. He got me 30 more days to finish the school and ultimately get the ticket off my record. THANK YOU MR. FIMBIANTI! I'm a person that's been in prison 4 times. I've had charges ranging from class 1 felonies to class 4 felonies with plenty of misdemeanor charges to add. The judge made it sound like I was going to prison for a long time. I was eligible for extended terms sentencing because of my background.
