From the beggining Tony explained wverything to my about my cases step by step allowing me to choose which direction to go as a client we need that because we are allready under allot of stress.

One morning I was late for work and in a rush. I dropped my son off at the bus stop. I continued to drive down the street and approached another school bus. I thought it was safe to turn since all the children had got on the bus. I also grabbed my phone. The bus driver reported me to the school and the police. I had a ticket for the moving violation and having the phone in hand. At the risk of having my license suspended, not to mention my insurance, traffic school the list was endless. I decided to contact Tony and hired him. He was thorough and detailed. Going to great lengths proving to the court that I didn’t deserve the license suspension or the other penalties. In the end I only had fees to pay which I expected. I’m a busy Mom, and like all of us we can be rushed and make poor judgments in those situations. I’m grateful for Tony to convince the court to allow me to get through this ordeal with the best outcome I could have expected.

I was charged with speeding 87 in a 65, a misdemeanor. My driving record isn't perfect but everything on it is more then 7 years old. Tony worked his magic with the prosecutor and judge and got it reduced to a petty speeding ticket, $350 in fines and 3 months supervision. Busy day in court and we were the first ones done. Hello! My Lawyer Anthony Tomkiewicz seem very confident to me. He help me to understand money was not as important as the best possible defense he could provide. took me on as a client for very little money to start and my word. he put me at ease so i would not worry. All he thought would happen had happen. when i was scared he assured me. He got my charges reduce and kept me out o jail and a reasonable fine. i think my case was unusually difficult he kept at it and showed up to court even on last min notice. when i call him he would answer or he would call me back with a reasonably short time. sometimes i forgot he was my lawyer and treated him like family. i rarely understood what was happening in court but my lawyer took time out to make me understand. I plan on staying in contact with him. Also he was very sympathetic to my plight.

Tony did an amazing job of getting my criminal case successfully dropped followed by suing the officer for lying about the accusations. He will go above and beyond to get his clients taken care of.
