Trust Castle law Attorney Krause and pamela to handle your eviction case. They did a phenomenal job with mine. I couldn’t be any happier. The attention they give your case is second to none. Probably one of the worst attorney services I've seen. Sergio was on the other end of a real estate deal and ghosted our attorney and their own lender for about 10 days leaving all parties confused and frustrated. Had to basically force a response after days of no contract. Incrediblely unprofessional. I'd look for another service for any real estate needs unless you like being strung along and ghosted. Shockingly unprofessional.

I have now left two messages in regards to wanting a consultation since early last week and no one has returned my phone calls. First voicemail was left on the main line after the phone rang several times. Called back two days later and was told to leave a voicemail for Pam. Still haven’t heard back from anyone and it’s been well over a week. Absolutely awful, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here.

When there was a problem with our closing, they disappeared. They wouldn't even return my attorney's phone calls. Now we are dragging their client to court. A simple courtesy of a returned phone call could have easily resolved this matter. If this is how you like to do business, then by means use them. However, you do so at your own risk.

Working with Lisa on the signing for my home has been less than pleasant. She has not returned my calls it’s been two weeks since my documents have gone to escrow and she is no where to be found. I contacted my loan officer today to find out if she had heard from Lisa and she informed me that my closing was scheduled this Friday. IN TWO DAYS. Excuse me but no one told me, no one called me or the house owner. I have no time or location for this closing so maybe it can happen without me since Lisa didn’t bother to get in contact with me to actually insure I would be present at this signing. Horrible experience calling the office they just tell me she’s working from home and there’s nothing else they can do for me. Edit to add in response to owner reply: okay so as the buyer you do not represent me sure but I personally know the seller and Lisa neglected to contact us about closing. I can leave this review per both our experiences with you. Your response is indicative of your ability to think this is okay. It’s a reflection on your office as well as Onward Title.

Gary and Denise were awesome to work with for both the house we were selling and the house we were buying. Denise was excellent with communicating via email; her responses were quick, professional, and friendly. She really worked with my husband and I to coordinate pre-signing and closing times. I would definitely work with Castle Law again.

I am in commercial loan administration and deal with Michelle Fitzhenry on a regular basis and have for over 5 years, as we have mutual customers. She is always on top of open files and makes sure that files close with ease. I know that when she is working a file, nothing will slip through the cracks. Always a pleasure.

I’ve been working with Gary for almost 4 years and that’s been one of the best things that happened to me in my real estate career. Gary always puts other people first and it shows in every transaction. He was able to save me thousands of dollars over the years because of his knowledge, experience and relationships. He’s also a wonderful person as well, on every closing he shares valuable advice on life and business and I really enjoy those conversations. I have to also mention the best paralegal in the world Robin Arnold. Robin works on all my transactions, and I don’t know what I would do without her. Her attention to detail is second to none. She misses nothing. I tend to be pretty easy going and people try to take advantage of that a lot, but with Robin on my team that will never happen. She truly protects my best interest like on one else. These guys are the best in the business and it’s for a good reason!
