Best lawyer in the county

Kim is great. she is very thorough and professional. She helped me get the best situation possible for my daughter and is very supportive. She is also very real with you and possible outcomes, which was so much better than anticipated with her help. Her Office staff is wonderful as well and super helpful. I honestly could not have picked a better lawyer.

Scott and his staff is wonderful. When you have to go through a tough time he is very supportive along with his staff.

I had hired Kimberly when my ex wife lied to a judge to obtain an emergency order of protection and had me removed from my house. My ex was arrested for domestic assault, I had the encounter recorded in it’s entirety unaltered with her and law enforcement but didn’t want to press charges due to social stigma. She got out of jail and shortly after claimed I had beaten her (which I hadn’t). So, there are full length audio recordings that weren’t edited and police testimonies. I still wasn’t able to see my child longer than 2 hours a week for almost 5 months even though there was an easy case to be made and should have been done with in a month. She wants nothing more than your money and wants you to keep paying it over and over again. I would have been almost as well off representing myself, but instead I gave her all of my money in hopes that I could get to my child as soon as humanly possible. Had my ex been found to be dishonest to the court (which again, easily proven by law enforcement testimony), my life wouldn’t be in shambles as it is now. This wasn’t a complicated case as I found out later after discussing with a different lawyer. She should have done her job. I got 100$ worth for 1500$ and my life is irreparably changed for the absolute worst. Before you settle on this one make sure you shop around because it could very well be the difference in some very important matters.
