I had to file for bankruptcy due to a divorce and my x didn’t pay for what he was suppose to in court order (at time divorce we lived in different state and I moved back to home town here). He was understanding and in a very bad time in my life and my child’s life, he made a very bad situation better. He made situation as painless and quick as possible.
