I started my relation with Fornaro Law in late 2016 with purchase of my condo. My immediate gut feel with Philip and Mary are their attentiveness to clients. My attorney for closing was Habib Wardack. He was extremely easy to work with and answered all of my concerns. The mortgage application was very challenging with one bank and necessitating changing bank at the very last moment. Habib then helped me secured pre closing possession with the most favorable terms. Closing was a breeze with him patiently guiding me through the mountain of paperwork. I had complete confidence in him which is what made the process nearly stress free. Again, the most important aspect of Fornaro Law is the people and the feeling they have not changed their philosophy despite tremendous growth. That is hard to find these days.

In selling our home, John was great every step of the way. Since the township has many code hurdles regarding selling, John was always available to help us decode the township's jargon and helped us get the correct information and sign-offs to the correct people.
