My wife and I strongly DON’T recommend this law office.There were times that we couldn’t get in touch with anyone in that office. It would take them a long time to get back to us,, sometimes not even at all. Their communication lacks big time. You’re better off going somewhere else. We were referred to them by our realtor. Such a let down. As if we weren’t stressed enough, they added to it. The service that they provided us, wasn’t worth what we paid. I feel like they are more expensive than most. Again DON’T recommend!

Worked with Jill on my first house closing. Her and her team were great to work with. They were always responsive and openly communicated. They also constantly followed up with remaining items to ensure that the closing occurs at the allotted time. She met up with us on time and reviewed all the paperwork we were signing. I'm really happy to have had her and her team as our representatives as everything went so smoothly. I would definitely recommend her!

Jill Daniels and her staff were very professional and pleasant to work with but that was only when I could reach them or get a response. There were several times where my phone calls or text messages would go unanswered and never returned at all. My real estate agent who referred Jill, would advise me to ask my attorney on certain questions I had and I would inform her they couldn’t be reached. I understand for an attorney, real estate may be fairly routine and from their stand point, they may have had more important things to focus on but for all the first and second time home buyer’s such as myself, it’s a big deal I had questions. Unfortunately, they weren’t very available to answer them. Google became my best friend. Ultimately, they got the job done and when we did talk, it was very pleasant.

First of all be prepared to represent yourself. She certainly did not have my best interest at heart. I provided three POA’s to contact 3 separate banks to get payoff statements . Her firm did not obtain one payoff letter. I had to obtain all three. She claimed this was not her responsibility. Not sure why I signed POA’s. I provided the divorce settlement and it was misread on how proceeds were to be distributed. She referred me back to my former attorney on another matter who no longer practiced law but yet, gave me more time and interest and explanation than Ms. Daniels. On a couple of occasions, she referred me to the title company for information?! In conclusion, if you hire Ms. Daniels you better have kept impeccable records and be prepared to do all the manual work and heavy lifting. Ms. Daniels will show up at the end for the closing and sign on your behalf. Job, well done..

Being a lawyer myself, I know numerous people in the legal profession that could handle the purchase of a home. So when it came to the purchase of my home, the choice was easy - Jill Daniels and her team. Jill kept us informed throughout the entire process, negotiated key parts of the contract, and we closed on time. Highly recommended.

AMAZING! If you want someone who is going to be on your side and represent your best interests through thick and thin, someone who will work extra hard just so you can have peace of mind, and someone whom you know you can trust, then Jill needs to be your attorney. Never have I worked with someone who is both a real professional who knows the ins and outs of her profession AND a wonderful human with a big heart who takes care of you. I could go on and on but I won't waste your time, call your new lawyer.

I cannot say enough good things about Jill and her team. From the moment I sent over the offer on my condo to the moment closing was complete, Jill and Peg kept in touch with me every step of the way. I never had to wonder if things were moving along as expected or if there had been a snag. On top of the usual stress of selling, we were in the midst of a national pandemic!
