We had to sell two homes to purchase another in a period of a month. It seemed almost impossible to accomplish. Nick was able to make it happen. He was able to coordinate between the lenders, buyers, sellers, villages and title companies to make it seamless. He kept us informed almost daily of the issues and what he was doing to resolve them.
