David and Brittany are really awesome to work with. We've been lucky this year and we've worked with them on 3 transactions. They have both made every step of the process easier and stress free on our side. They have given us really valuable advise from how to handle negotiations, inspection reports and many other issues. In our last transaction, there was a minor snag that David was able to creatively resolved within 20 minutes! The best part of it all was that he got it fixed even before we've had an opportunity to find out. Knowing how we are, we would have had an entire meltdown when surprises come up so late in the closing. But David handled it really well and saved us a lot of grief.
