First, I don't write reviews, but this one is warranted. Alan Lenczycki recently handled a situation that was a bit complex. He is the consummate professional: knowledgeable, prepared, ethical, kind, and caring. He went above and beyond when needed; ever thankful for his help and expertise. HIGHLY recommend.

Tim Johnston is one of the best attorney I have ever worked with. If I have to describe my experience with Tim in three words, I would say Strategic Lawyer Honest and Transparent Super responsive I live in California and I had a house in Chicago which was managed by a Property Management Company. I signed a contract with them 7 years ago. In 2019 I sold the house, according to the contract and more specifically one clause in the contract, Property Management company was asking for thousands of dollars. I already paid to buyer and seller agent and property management company did nothing when I reached out to them to sell the house To make a long story short. I reached out to more then dozen attorneys and they all refused to take the case. I finally ran into Johnston Tomei Lenczycki & Goldberg LLC From the very first call I had amazing experience, Tim's front office took the basic information and the next day put me in touch with Tim. Tim listened to the information patiently and ask some time to discuss with his partners. After couple days, Tim came back with a strategy on how to defend the case and tactics we will use in our defense. He always kept me in loop and discuss the final strategy and mitigations. At the same time, he also shared best case worst case scenarios and offered his expert advise. Bottom line: I walked away paying zero dollars, Tim did an outstanding job and convinced the judges to dismiss the case.
