When my 19 year old daughter was hurt in a car accident Tomas took on the insurance company and negotiated a substantial settlement. He knew every detail of our case and kept us apprised every step of the way, making sure we understood our rights and options. Apart from having to appear for a single deposition, Tomas handled everything. We could not be happier with the outcome. Tomas may appear to be quiet and soft spoken - but his years of experience make him a shark when it comes to negotiating with insurance companies! We could not have been in better hands.
