Brian Gryll delivered excellent service during a very stressful and uncertain time. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying (or selling) a home. He jumped in to represent us in connection with the purchase of a home after the lawyer we initially retained had to step down less than one day before the attorney review period ended. He worked all Sunday night to put together the letter for us. Throughout the entire process he was on top of everything, including helping to ensure that we didn’t need to do an in person closing during COVID-19, worked well with the other side and was extremely responsive.

Brian Gryll (and office staff) were responsive and clear in the course of explaining our long distance escrow. (We aren't in Illinois.) There were a few hurdles to get over and Brian smoothed them out for us. I especially appreciated the advice he and our agent gave us regarding the buyer's request for possession before the proceeds were received. Smart.
