“After speaking with Carole about handling an estate matter I paid the retainer and signed the fee agreement. She was paid multiple thousands of $$$ to handle this. With a mere few hours left to close the estate, she attempted to increase the hourly rate by $50.00 an hour. When I refused, she abruptly quit, and left me in a difficult situation.”

After another week I called and asked this "assistant" if she spoke to Mr. Conick and she again stated she left a message. She said she didn't know when he would return, and added I'm the only one working in this office.”

“These cases can be long, stressful and cause anxiety. But this firm, Jim and Hal took such good care of me. Hunting down the medical documents etc was rough but they/we got it done.”
