Steve helped us with the closing of our first time home purchase. Since we have not done this before, it was reassuring to work with Steve, who was trustworthy and honest. He was always readily available to answer any questions and walked us through the process. He was the most friendly person throughout our entire home buying process and we would recommend him for any of your legal needs!

We hired Steven to handle legal work when buying a house upon recommendation of a real estate broker. Communication with Steven was poor and several items were handled at the last minute and we felt rushed. Next time we chose someone more reputable and experienced in handling RE matters and it was a huge difference.

We used Steve as our attorney for the purchase of our home. Steve was very thorough in his analysis of the documents and responsive. Once the closing was over, we had an issue come up with something that was in the contract with the seller and Steve quickly helped to remedy the situation.
