Ms. Nolan updated my uncle's Living Trust years ago and provided valuable assistance to ensure he had everything in order. After his passing last year, I reached out to Ms. Nolan for her help in navigating the Trust distribution and she was extremely helpful, professional and compassionate. I have been working with Momkus for 5+ years now and they have handled my general corporate law needs, agreements, state filings, trademark, etc. As a small business owner, I have found them to be responsive and well informed on the matters I bring to them.
Their rates are reasonable and not what you will be paying to a large, downtown Chicago law firm with the same quality of professional law advice. My experience with the attorneys is that they are well seasoned and provide practical advice.
