“Not very much help unfortunately 😕. I heard good things, but didn't get any guidance through the process or show of concern. Lost...lost the request to appeal...and that was that.”

Unexpected changes in fees and billing practices
“After speaking with Carole about handling an estate matter I paid the retainer and signed the fee agreement. She was paid multiple thousands of $$$ to handle this. With a mere few hours left to close the estate, she attempted to increase the hourly rate by $50.00 an hour. When I refused, she abruptly quit, and left me in a difficult situation. Very unprofessional behavior on her part.”
