Michael was an amazing lawyer. I was in a nightmare situation with the previous lawyer I had hired, who didn't even enter in my case for a year (which I was unaware of). Once I was made aware of this, I hired Law Offices of Glenn & West. Despite how that must have appeared to the courts, Michael still managed to get me a much better plea offer than I was expecting. He was completely professional and a great communicator always! Highly recommend.
