My cataract surgery was recently done by Dr. Lam. He is an excellent and precise surgeon. His professionalism and compassion are commentable. I am very much satisfied with his excellent post surgical follow up and care. I am delighted to recommend him to anyone for cataract surgery. His staff is very caring and responsive .

I called the firm to ask for advice and to see if they could help with my case. I called 3/16 they let me know they would contact me that day since I was on a deadline. It’s know 3/21 and I still haven’t heard from them at all. It would have been nice to at least have gotten a phone call as I was instructed to wait for.

I did an inquiry and spoke to Heather. She completely dismissed 4 years of an habitually toxic, hostile, and abusive work environment for many of my coworkers as well as myself by an assistant manager through recurring acts of intimidation, harassment, retaliation, verbal abuse, gaslighting, and now even physical contact. It ultimately escalated to yelling, chasing me through an office, cornering me, assault, retaliation, and now my termination, and she dismissed it as "well she's a horrible person, I'm not denying that, but it sounds like she's trying to have a conversation with you and you just don't want to listen." I'll be trying somewhere else.

They never call you back and leave you hanging. The initial experience that I had with them was good. So they called and asked if I had any more problems. They haven't done the job I was expecting them to. Furthermore, Their not even licensed to practice in my state so buyer beware with those people.
