On point. Very knowledgeable.

Lisa is always responsive to any questions. We communicated well through emails and phone calls and met at our closing. Even just meeting that day she showed she really cares for her clients and ensures everything is done properly.

I haven’t worked with Lisa directly, but my boyfriend recently lost his father, and his father chose Lisa to handle all of his end of life affairs. I watched my boyfriend through probably one of the most stressful times in his life but I noticed that he always seemed to perk up when on the phone with Lisa handling all the paperwork. He never complained about it being confusing or frustrating. When my family lost a relative a few years ago, our lawyer seemed pretty cold and boiler plate with everything. He was hard to get a hold of, gave us conflicting information, and at one point he started sending us paperwork from another case he was working on by mistake. I’m writing this review because, one my boyfriend has enough on his plate, and two I wish my family had used Lisa because to this day we’re still trying to settle our deceased’s affairs.

She is diligent, responsive and advocates for her clients.
